Description

Circa 1815. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Painted render with
contrasting margins and plinth. Central door behind later
timber and glazed porch. Plate glass sash windows throughout.
Eaves course and deep projecting eaves. Piended slate roof.

Statement of Interest

Formerly Avondale parish manse; built for Rev Dr Scott who

died in 1820
