Description

Early 19th century with later 19th century raising to 2
storeys and dormerless attic; 5 bays with entrances in bays 2
and 4. Rubble, contrasting later 19th century tooled ashlar
margins. Slightly enlarged margined shop windows flank no 43
doorway; deep painted tooled ashlar band course between
ground and 1st floors; 3 1st floor windows with further
window in E gable facing Westmorland Street. 4-pane glazing.
End stacks; slate roof.
Single and 2-storey rear additions. High rubble wall encloses
rear fronting Westmorland Street.
