Description

Early-mid 19th century. Single storey S facing 3-bay cottage. Whitewashed rubble (probably mixed with clay). Centre door

masked by later gabled timber porch; 4-pane glazing. Coped

end stacks; shingle roof.

Small rear extension.

Statement of Interest

Good example of traditional 'clay and bool' cottage; shingle

roof replaces former thatch.
