Description

1803-4. Large rectangular walled garden with later smaller
walled area at W. High walls, at N of rubble faced with brick
on S aspect, brick on both faces elsewhere. English garden
bond brickwork.
Segmental-headed entrance at NE closed by double wooden
gates.

Statement of Interest

Small walled garden at W appears as un-walled on 1808 plan of

Gordon Castle policies, fronting Lakeside House and

conservatories.
