David and Thomas Stevenson, Engineers, 1860. Stumpy
circular lighthouse; white harled with contrasting painted
ashlar margins. Entrance in east face; corbelled balcony
encircles wallhead with cast-iron balustrade; domed light
with lattice glazing.
