Description

A. & W. Reid, 1881. Single storey and attic, 5-bay south
facing E-plan dwelling. Rubble, tooled rubble dressings.
Centre projecting porch with flanking windows; projecting
outer gabled bays further gabled porch with segmental headed
entrance in east and west elevations. Diminutive attic gable
windows; 8-pane glazing; scolloped bargeboards with
decorative wooden apex finials. Coped paired ridge stacks;
slate roofs.

Statement of Interest

Formerly 3 dwellings. Plaque over front porch inscribed

"1881. In memory of Sara Mary, Countess of Cawdor."
