1st Half 19th Century. Water-powered sawmill. Rubble-built. Rectangular with outshot to southwest corner. Segmentally arched entrance in east wall with loft door above. Slate roof with rooflights. Interior: overshot waterwheel, cast iron 10' diameter housed in outshot separated by wall from main body of mill. Main body contains saw and bench including rollers. Collar-beam roof. Long stone lade (200 yards) leads to mill from concrete dam.
