Description

Later 18th century. Main part two-storey three-window, ground floor below road level, railed area; rubble whitewashed with painted margins, original glazing, pantiled with slate skirting, ashlar chimneys; northern gable addition single-storey and basement ashlar-fronted two window and centre door, slated; south cottage single storey and laigh floor, two-window and centre door, one window one door leigh floor, garage outbuilding at gable. Picturesque.

Statement of Interest

Former inn now converted to residential use. Comprises two separate properties - Kingarroch Cottage to the south and Foiseil Kingarroch to the north (2024).

Minor update to listed building record in 2024.
