1829. Single storey estate cottage with gable end to road.
Rubble walls, freestone dressings, modern diamond-tiled roof
(slated to rear), oversailing eaves with plain barge boards
tall brick stacks. 2 window gable with rebated ends, raised
margins, cross windows, tablet over; 2 window front with
centre doorway under timber porch.
