Dated 1825. Single storey ornamental cottage. Coursed
whinstone with galletted joints and freestone dressings. Wide
eaves, slated hipped roof. 2 windows, paired casements. Block
dripmoulds to windows with raised margins and to central door
with pilaster strips and triple stone steps.
