Description

Circa 1800 with later heightening. Single storey and attic,
3-bay cottage with gable end to sea. Rendered and lined as
ashlar, self-coloured margins. Centre entrance with panelled
door; small ground floor windows including 2 in seaward
gable. 1st floor windows break wallhead as later piended
dormers in outer bays; small modern bathroom dormer in centre.
2-pane glazing. Coped end stacks; slate roof.

Statement of Interest

Late 18th-early 19th century skewputts reused after

heightening, either from earlier single storey cottage or

from elsewhere.

Cottage abuts gable of No 24 Pennan.
