Description

Circa 1800 with later heightening. Single storey and attic,
3-bay cottage with substantial modern single storey
flat-roofed extension fronting centre entrance, at right
angles. Rendered and lined as ashlar. 2 late 19th century
wallhead canted dormers; 2- and 4-pane glazing. Coped end
stacks; slate roof.

Statement of Interest

Late 18th-early 19th century skewputts reused after

heightening, either from earlier single storey cottage or

from elsewhere.

Cottage abuts gable of No 23 Pennan.
