Early date, said to have been larger; 16th/17th century in present form, orientated W. Small rubble-built crowstepped rectangle with grotesque heads at E end. Re-roofed 1857, W window enlarged and cross added.
Masonry repaired, alter and credence 1864, Font 1882. Brass figure of Blessed Virgin (German said to have come from Ausberg) installed 1897. Segmentally arched tomb recess of Sir Alexander Irvine (+ 1911) from Drum's Aisle St Nicholas, Aberdeen re-erected here 1951.
