Description

Mid 19th century. Single storey and dormerless attic,
3-bay cottage. Rubble with contrasting painted joints in
frontage, rendered and lined as ashlar rear. Centre
door; outer left hand window in extreme end of cottage
front (sighting street) with Art Nouveau glazing in lower
sash; 3 rear windows; 2-pane glazing. Coped end stacks;
slate roof with modern roof lights.
Lean-to extension at N (seaward) gable with slated
mono-pitch roof.
