Description

Mid 19th century. Single storey and attic, 3-bay cottage
with later gabled garage extension continuous at S gable
with entry to Boyne Street. Dry dashed, contrasting
painted long and short detailing. Centre entrance with
additional flanking window; irregular fenestration in S
elevation; single ground and attic window in seaward gable;
gabled dormer; 2-pane glazing. Coping end stacks;
slate roof.
