Description

Gate piers and small square lodges (N. one with roundel
bearing horses head). Probably late 18th century. Ashlar.
S Lodge has pyramid slated roof. Roof of N. Lodge has
fallen in.

Statement of Interest

Valleyfield House, Seat of Preston family, is demolished.

Lodges are closed.
