Description

Probably circa 1840. Single storey T-plan lodge with early
19th century rusticated gatepiers. Rubble-built with ashlar
dressings.
Lodge: windows with painted stone mullions and modern
glazing; projecting eaves; gabled E-facing porch in
re-entrant angle; axial stack with diamond flues; corniced W
end stack; slated roofs.
Gatepiers: Corniced square piers with small and shallow
pyramidal caps; small pier beside lodge with pedestrian gate.
