Description

Probably by Alexander McGill.

Later 18th century, four single-storey arms around a square court. Cornice ashlar and rubble. Slated roof. Central feature on seaward elevation is an elliptical arched pend surmounted by pediment, octagonal drum, slated dome and lantern. Drinking-trough in court.

Statement of Interest

Site redeveloped into housing in the 1980s.

Former two-storey west range and cottage to east demolished.

Minor update to Listed Building Record 2024.
