Begun in 1846. Six tall arches. Rock-faced coursers;
channelled droved ashlar. Iron parapet railings.

Statement of Interest

Built for Slammanan and Bo'ness Railway which was an

extension of the Slammanan Railway (1835) and was authorised

in 1846. Part of Viaduct at SE end is in Stirling County

(Muiravonside, item 15).
