Row of 4 simple vernacular houses, rubble now part
harled and stuccoed. Probably early 19th century.

Statement of Interest

For remainder of Stanley village see Redgorton Parish.

It was not made a burgh of barony 'as giving the C Group

government of it to those elected by a parcel of low

manufactures might be a source of discord instead of

utility' (Atholl Mss. 20 Feb. 1785).
