Late 18th/early 19th century. Single span bridge with high segmental arch. Random rubble. Simple stone parapet.
The bridge of Barcaldine appears marked, on the 1st edition Ordnance Map of 1874. The previous list description suggested in may be of 18th century origin but a late 18th/early 19th century date appears to be more likely. It is a good example of a narrow single span bridge with a high segmental arch. It may have been constructed in conjunction with the nearby walled garden which formed part of the Barcaldine House estate.
