Circa 1900. Neo-Tudor, single-storey snecked dark local
rubble with red stone dressings, doorpiece with 2-light
transom light, 1 single light, 2 2-light windows to street,
slated roof, 3 louvred vents. 3 2-light windows at back.
Cast-iron pump.
