Early 19th century. Single-storey rubble with white lining
out and black painted margins, 2-window and centre (later)
porch, piend roof with centre chimney.
Ardoch Cottage has been similar but is in ruins; Gunnocks
farm has also had merit, slightly later with symmetrical
W. frontage. Horsemill demolished, going to ruin in 1968.
