Presumably J. Gillespie Graham. Fine single-storey Tudor,
2-window front with canted portico all with 4-centre arches
and deeply splayed openings, splayed angles; broad-eaved
low pitched piend roof.
Later symmetrical group of single storey cottages on axis
of gates on opposite side of road also Tudor, but
alterations in hand 1968.
