Description

House built for Sir Compton MacKenzie. Dated 1935. Single
storey, white-harled and slate-roofed. Long west elevation
near symmetrical advanced outer bays with piended bell-cast
roofs and bipartite windows; range at east, parallel to main
house, has large rooflights and paired circular gable-head
openings. Corniced stacks.
