front of house with terrace above large walled garden.
Simple granite gatepiers, curved flank walls with
railings.

Statement of Interest

A more expensive variant of Balnakeilly (1821) in

Moulin Parish to which it has many similarities in

plan and detail. The architect may have been Charles Sim

who is described as being at Balnakillie in Heritors'

Records of 1827.
