Circa 1850. 2-storey. 3-bay simple late Georgian-style manse. Tooled ashlar. Console, corniced door, 2 flanking windows, 3 on 1st floor all sash and case with 12-pane glazing, 3 blind windows on each end wall. Piended slate roof, corniced end stacks. Simple cast-iron railings to street.
