Early to mid 19th century single storey, 3-bay cottage with later 1-bay addition to right (NW). Mixed red and grey sandstone, squared rubble with ashlar dressings, raised margins, eaves course. Centre door with windows flanking, window to later bay. 3 windows at rear. ashlar coped skew to left, grey slates. Corniced ashlar stacks.
