1789. Single storey and attic west part, single storey east part. Harled with raised cills. Central modern porch, 2 windows and central dormer to rear of west part, and door and 2 outshots to east. 4 windows (modern glazing) to front of east part and 3 windows, one on curved angle, one altered with cill level raised (unaltered windows 12-pane sash and case) small gable attic window, to west part, stone-slated roof with one origibal stone chimney stack, one rebuilt in brick.
A licensed grocers premises in the 19th century. Letham Den was was a small community, geographically separate, with saw and flour mills, the bakehouse mill lade runs under the garden of N this property.
