Description

Circa 1850s, predating present house. Single storey; L-plan, with canted projecting bay to left, entrance porch in re-entrant angle, single window bay to right; grey stugged and snecked ashlar, slated roof with overhanging timber bracketted eaves; corniced ridge stack over centre. Modern replacement glazing. Squat, square-plan ashlar GATEPIERS with deep cornice ans small pyramidal masonry caps; low curved stugged and snecked ashlar screen walls with ashlar cope.
