Roughly squared and coursed sandstone with raised ashlar quoins and painted margins. Eaves course and blocking course. Door to centre, windows flanking at ground, 3 windows at 1st floor high under eaves; bay to right widely spaced. Sash and case windows with modern glazing. Red pantiles, renewed tall brick stacks. Low ashlar coped wall enclosing small front garden.

Statement of Interest

Masonry change to left of doorway suggests that may have been 2 buildings fronted as one; this suggestion reinforced by the twin roofs.
