Description

Probably Rowand Anderson, circa 1896. Single storey,
asymmetrical composition. All harled with polished ashlar
red sandstone margins and dressings. Projecting east
facing porch (to drive) with dummy studding and multi-pane
glazing; 2-bay south elevation of which 1 bay projects
with small bowed bay window. Multi-pane glazing; tall ridge
stacks; bellcast red tile roof.
