Early 19th century, large single chamber vaulted
commercial ice house, rubble with tooled rubble dressings.
Wide centre door in north facing coped rounded gable, the
side of which extend slightly forward as wings. Turf
covered; rear ice chute.
Similar to ice houses at Brora and Helmsdale. Small
timber shed erected on top.
