Description

Early 19th century, slightly hump-backed single span
rubble bridge; dressed rubble arch ring and parapet;
shallow end buttresses; splayed approach. Various cast
iron braces.

Statement of Interest

River Helmsdale formerly called the Ullie. Plaque on SE

side commemorates Marjory Eadon, accidentally drowned

below the bridge in June, 1927, while fishing.
