Circa 1860. Picturesque single storey asymmetrical cottage, whin rubble with droved ashlar dressings. West elevation has wide advanced gable at left with tripartite arch, blind quatrefoil above gablet porch and window in recessed right bay. North elevation has 2 windows (right dummy) and central gablet bay with tall ashlar stack, heightened in rendered brick. Piended rear wing. 2 windows to south elevation.

Slated roof with bracketed eaves.
