Description

To the south of the engine-house is a large 20th century iron-framed shed with pitched slated roof. Mid 18th century, large enclosure, rectangular except for west side which is splayed, walls: coursed rubble with flagged cope and droved ashlar margins. North wall has brick

lining with later 19th century glass-house at west end. Convex projection into garden at middle of south side with central gate: pair of V-jointed rusticated piers with cornice and pineapple finials (finial to west missing). Behind green houses on North wall is long range of lean-to sheds and boiler-houses with rubble walls and slated roofs.
