Description

Probably 18th century. Single-storey rubble-built 2-window
and modern centre porch, thatched roof bound with ropes,
chimneys now of metal, probably originally of wood.

Statement of Interest

Scarce type. The only survivor in Buchan still with 'rope and

stray' thatch.
