Description

Dated 1813. 2-storey house with main elevations to Walton Road and St David's Street. Painted rubble with polished raised margins to angles and openings.

Elevation to St David's Street: formerly pair of 2-bay houses, paired central doorways flanked by 4-pane sash windows. Door to right now blocked. 1st floor windows with 12-pane sashes. Eliptical panel to 1st floor dated 1813 with masonic symbols.

ELEVATION TO WALTON ROAD: 3-bay with central doorway, details and glazing as above. Hipped slate roof with stone ridge and skews; corniced wallhead stack to N.

Rear elevation with single storey lean-to addition to N.
