Description

Earlier 19th century. Single storey with basement on falling ground, 3-bay, piend-roofed cottage ornee style lodge house. Base course. Harled with ashlar quoins strips and margins; snecked rubble with squared rubble quoins to sides and rear. Pointed arch, traceried window.

W (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: advanced bay to centre with traceried tripartite window rising into eyelid dormer, modern window on return to right, and further windows in recessed flanking bays.

S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: steps up to centre door with shouldered stack above, and modern windows in flanking bays

N ELEVATION: raised basement with tiny window in broad advanced centre bay, door on return to left door and further door with adjacent small window in recessed bay to left, that to right with door and adjacent louvered opening to right, window to centre and right bays at ground floor.

Small-pane glazing patterns to traceried and N windows. Graded grey slates. Coped diamond-aligned ashlar wallhead stacks, that to S paired; diamond set pair to centre with broached corbels to linking cornice with cans.
