Description

Early 19th century garden cottage, 2 storeys. 3-bay with
modern full-height extension of 2 bays sympathetic in detail
and proportion. Original house: 3-bay 2-storey painted rubble
with polished raised angle and window margins, cill band at
1st floor.
Central gabled porch. Pointed-arch windows with small pane
glazing. Piended slate roof.
Modern 2-bay extension, slightly recessed, similarly
detailed.
Pair of tall square ashlar gatepiers, coped with ball
finials; pair of ornate wrought-iron gates.
