Earlier/mid 19th century. Single-storey 3-bay piend-roofed
cottage. Rubble-built with red ashlar dressings and Tudor
hood-moulds. Central door with fanlight, casement windows
with lying-pane glazing. Central ridge stack with 3 corniced
square flues; slate roof. Modern lean-to and window slapping
to west flank.
