Description

After 1856. Single storey lodge. Painted rubble, margins and
rusticated quoins. Symmetrical 3-bay west elevation: shallow,
piended central porch, channelled wide angle pilaster strips
treated as quoins in return elevations; bipartites (8-pane
sashes) to outer bays. Piended and platform slate roof;
central corniced stack, 2 linked square flues. 2-bay south
elevation has similar bipartite and V-plan window.
Corniced, square, polished ashlar gatepiers with curved caps,
outer piers linked by curved low quadrant walls, simple iron
railings and gates.
