Description

Later 19th century. 2-storey 5-bay, symmetrical,
semi-detached villa. Roughly pointed rubble with ashlar
dressings.
SW ELEVATION: gabled bay at centre, with window to each
floor; doorways in flanking bays with small-pane
fanlights and small windows under eaves above; window to
each floor in outer bays.
SIDE ELEVATIONS: window to each floor to outer E;
wallhead stack with set-offs at centre.
NE (REAR) ELEVATION: 2 later, mirrored additions of
2-storey rectangular projections with piend roofs.
Forestair at centre added later still.
12-pane and small-pane glazing patterns in sash and case
windows. Purple slates. End and centre stacks.
RETAINING WALL: low rubble coped rubble retaining wall
by roadside.
