1833. William Burn. Rambling Scots Baronial mansion. 1 1/2
and 2 storeys. Stugged ashlar. Corbie-step-gabled. Slated
roof. Pedimented dormers. Angle turret. Bay windows. Ornamented
doorway on N side. Laigh floor on S. Stables on E. 3 arms around
a yard.

Statement of Interest

Built for James Archibald Campbell grand-nephew of Major

Alexander Campbell of Inverawe (Ardchattan). Recently

repaired. In good condition.
