Description

Rebuilt circa 1841 by Robert Parker Adam, formerly of
Brazie, a merchant in Glasgow. Castle style 2 storey
mansion of moderate size; ashlar; sash windows, square
headed drip-moulds continued horizontally as moulded
bands; entrance facade to south, 2.1.2, centre projecting
2 storey porch, gothic doorway, octagonal corner turrets -
To rear, courtyard approached through arched opening;
office wall terminated by crowstepped garden house, at
one time a dovecote.
