Description

Circa 1800, 2-storey and attic former Manse with alterations of later 19th century. 3-bay symmetrical frontage with 2-storey rear wing giving T-plan. Painted rubble with painted raised margins.

MAIN FRONT: central lean-to painted rubble and glazed porch, probably a late 19th century addition; tripartite window to front, bipartite to left, door to right. All windows single light, sash and case with 12-pane glazing pattern. End skews, tall coped end stacks, good graded slate roofs sandstone ridges. Later 19th century pair of gabled bracketted dormers with 8-pane glazing. 2-storey rear wing had single storey lean-to to E, partly harled, partly painted rubble. Enlarged glazed doors to N. Moulded cornice.
