Early 19th century, 2-storey, 3-bay farmhouse, possibly re-roofed earlier-mid 19th century. Harl-pointed random sandstone rubble, probably formally harled, raised ashlar margins, ashlar dressings. Door to centre with strip fanlight, keystone and relieving arch above. Windows flanking at ground. 2 windows to 1st floor with bracketed gabled dormerheads above. Sash and case windows with glazing pattern. Bracketed eaves with simple plate glass barge boarding, grey slates, coped rendered stacks with decorative cans. Lean-to porch addition at ground right. Low rubble-coped, rubble retaining wall to garden to S. Steading to S.
