Description

Boucher and Cousland, 1863. Asymmetrical single storey and attic, 3-bay gabled villa. Cream sandstone rubble, ashlar dressings. Base course; ashlar mullioned windows; chamfered arrises; overhanging bracketted eaves; bargeboarded gables.

S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: round-arched doorway to centre, 2-leaf panelled doors, gabled canopy supported on timber brackets above. Small window above doorway. Bipartite window to right at ground, round-arched window breaking eaves above with gable dormerhead. Taller gabled bay to left with canted window at ground, round-arched window above.

W (SIDE) ELEVATION: gable elevation with window to left at 1st Floor. 2-pane and 4-pane sash and case windows. Grey slate roof, rendered and coped end stacks with moulded cans.
