Description

Late 19th century. Single storey T-plan cottage. Roughcast with sandstone dressings and crowsteps; cement over sandstone quoins.

N (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: doorway in re-entrant angle; segmental-arched single window to advanced wing to outer right.

W ELEVATION: 3 single windows.

E ELEVATION: advanced gabled wing to outer left with 2 single windows.

S ELEVATION: single window to outer right; 2 segmental-arched windows to advanced wing to outer left. /-pane sash and case windows. Grey slate roof; coped gablehead stacks; yellow fireclay ridging; crowstepped gables; beaked skewputts.

INTERIOR: not seen 1994.
