Description

Early 19th century. Icehouse with vaulted tunnel access to domed underground compartment, dome above ground covered with earth. Brick, ashlar and rubble. Broad doorway with ashlar quoins and timber door; short entrance passage with brick roof and further ashlar doorway leading to ice chamber.
